This was sad news to hear, however much a weird life he chose to lead, the guy sure put out some awesome music for us all to enjoy!!

Apparently, going off the UK news coverage, he must have been as popular as Princess Di. There's been non stop coverage of it. It's quite pathetic. They just have the same footage looping and talking over the top for hours on end.
Last night from 10:30pm onwards that's all it was on BBC News and Sky News (both 24 hour). They didn't report on any other story. Not MPs, not Iran, not Afganistan, not worker stikes, not even Farrah Fawcett.
I flicked over to CNN and atleast they were discussing other things inbetween.
Added to that the amount of crappy jokes i've received by txt.
Yup been total overkill here. Sad to hear but the World has not stopped revolving cos MJ has died.

Well wife made me watch the memorial thing from LA the other night. Was half expecting him to pop out and do a moonwalk at the end.
And there still playing his songs on the radio!!!!!.
Now there's talk that his body wasn't even in that casket.
